La atención del personal ha sido maravillosa, me han aclarado todas las dudas que tenía antes de comprar. El colchón llegó a casa en 24h envasado al vacío, nada más quitar el plástico recuperó su forma. LA funda es de muy buena calidad, la he lavado a 40 grados y no ha encogido. El colchón se ve de muy buena calidad, no huele, aún no se cómo dormirá mi bebe porque aún no ha nacido, pero en general estoy muy contenta con la compra y el trato recibido.
