The customer service department was great! Before making a purchase, I called them approximately 3-4 times to ask questions about the unit. They were always very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The price was a little steep, but I am totally satisfied with the quality of my vanity. It is beautiful! My bathroom is still being remodeled, so I can't upload pictures just yet! The delivery was also good. I wish that I was aware of the actual date and time of the delivery in order to adequately plan. The driver called me on the day of delivery stating that he was 10 minutes away. He was also very pleasant!
