I placed an order for 2 mirrors second week in June, was informed it wont get there till July 4th, I then found some nice mirrors at TJ max so I decided to cancel the order since it was going to take that long to get to me.when I called to cancel my order, I was all of sudden told by Cedrick they had shipped products and it would arrive that same day I called. He never sent a tracking number... I called back and got Andrea I believe is her name.. she then told me she was going to cancel my order and issue a refund once I send their products back. I waited till evening and never received the products, the tracking shows delivered. I kept calling them to let them know I am a bit confused but Cedrick kept on and on saying there was nothing he could do for it shows delivered. I kept asking him to confirm it went to the correct address and he insisted it did. to my surprise, the product was shipped to a different state with a different address. Cedrick was extremely rude and unapologetic regarding the situation. their customer service stinks, will NEVER use them again. very unprofessional too. he kept screaming at me over the phone when I asked him to double check to see if product was shipped to the correct address. instead of them to admit their error, he sent me an email stating they have refunded my money because I did not want the order... I explained to them I know why AMAZON has not competition.
