Items packaging was 'bullet proof'. Personal and very professional service. They handled delivery issue with UPS (UPS split the order and had trouble locating missing palette). VD (Christofer), promptly acted and send the missing vanity with new delivery. I didn't even have to call or deal with UPS. Very pleased with product quality and look. One happy customer :).
