Ordered back in early May 2017. Received in mid June due to back order. Sent a note on June 16 with regard to the issue. No response until I sent another note on June 22. Response working with Mfg. Sent a follow-up on July 18 no response and again on July 24 stating still waiting for MFG and will send. On August 6 sent note looking for update and again on August 16....No response again. It is now over 60 days since I reported the issue with no resolution. Either poor customer service or they should not carry items from the Mfg. Not sure what to do. Just waiting for a new door front and some touch-up paint.
