So far I have been pleased. I was nervous about ordering after reading the reviews of people having trouble receiving replacements for damaged orders. However, I took the chance figuring what are the odds of anything being damaged. Well sure enough our countertop had a chunk out of it and one of the drawers a dent. Everything was packed surprising well, I assume it was hit with something with the delivery company. I took pictures and emailed immediately and they assured me replacements would be on the way. Our replacements are taking a little longer than I had hoped, about a month, however they have been very prompt in responding to my emails and were apologetic when I called. The quality exceeds our expectations and we are excited to install it.
