Placed two orders over a week ago and have not even gotten a message that the order is being worked. Emailed them, left a phone message to find out about when I could expect my order...crickets. Today, I called eleven times and not a single person ever took my call. It automatically goes to voicemail. No company these days goes this long without letting you know at least when the item will ship. This product is sold on so many sites at the same price, I seem to have hit a loser company.
