I ordered 7 items from Coles online on August 22nd for click & collect from Vermont South Coles on Wed 24th. The order status looks all normal and showed ready to be collected on 24th. So I went to Coles Vermont South, and was told they don't serve online orders. I didn't collect anything but the Coles App showed "Order collected".
I called Coles hotline 1800455400 again and reported their system error and explained the whole situation. The customer service rep suggested me to order the same items again and choose home delivery, and then call back for a refund of the differences. However, after I paid the order and called back, the customer service lady couldn't refund and told me she would get their management to call back.
No one called me back until now even though I've called Coles a couple of times.
Today when I called Coles again, the customer service lady told me she was instructed to cut off my call asap.
I was shocked at how Coles treats their customers, and will never purchase from Coles again.
