I have been shopping at coles for over 20 years but that has now changed. My online order was canceled at no fault of my own. Instead of organising a redelivery like I requested. I was forced into a refund… that was on Wednesday, today is Sunday. I am still with out my money and am unable to do a food shop to feed my children. I have reached out to coles on many occasions and was told someone would be in touch and yet nothing.
Customers beware & avoid coles. This is a regular occurrence.
