We placed an online order as we were getting home from overseas and knew we would be tired, but knew we would need groceries. When we unpacked to cook dinner instead of 4 pieces of meat they had delivered one small fillet that was never going to feed a family of 4. I then had to go to the supermarket anyway and they couldn’t refund me, or give me a credit towards what I had to now buy because “It’s a different department” FOUR days later there is a partial refund with no explanation as to why. Apparently I should have checked what they originally charged me on my credit card because they knew they only sent 1 of the wrong item instead of 2. I certainly won’t opt for the “convenience” of shopping online with Coles again
