I had been looking for a while for my 'next' car and I have a list of essentials! A friend mentioned the Suzuki S Cross and after doing some research, found them to be good cars, but not much talked about. I have been used to driving Hondas for years and have always found them to be good reliable cars. I now wanted height and an automatic... When I saw the Suzuki S Cross advertised at CA Ashton-under-Lyne, I was interested as it met all but one of my essentials. My mechanic looked into the details of the car and gave me the green ligt to take a look. My daughter and I travelled from Leeds by car, a journey that normally takes about an hour, took two hours (due to road works, football matches and M62 traffic 😡) and I was feeling really fed up and in two minds as to whether it was meant to be. Anyway John Crichton, soon changed all that. He was welcoming and wasn't too pushy :). He was able to answer my questions, showed extensive knowledge of the car and the industry, and was respectful. Following a short test drive, he allowed me the time and space to make a decision without any pressure. I collected my car the following week, with telephone contact with John in the meantime. Everything went to plan, and I can honestly say I am very happy with my purchase, and with the customer service I received..
