We went to another well known garage to start our search for our new family car and we quickly settled on a Suzuki Vitara. We already have a Swift so we knew we would love the Vitara just as much. However, we decided to walk away from that particular garage as we weren’t satisfied with how pushy they were being… …This is when we discovered Colin Appleyard Suzuki Garage. We fell in love with one of the Vitara's on their website straight away, it had everything we wanted and more! The website said they were shut but we thought we would give them a call anyway, there was no answer but they rang us back pretty soon after. They reserved the car for us to go and look a few days later right away. When we went to see the car, we took it for a test drive and we both took it in turns to have a drive of the car. We knew this was the car for us straight away. Jon who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable about the car itself, pointing out all the cool features and answering any questions we had. We booked in a collection date to go and pick up the new car before we left. We did have a few minor issues along the way with parts that needed fixing but they were sorted out with support from management and we cannot fault the great communication. The car came with a fresh MOT which was really nice to see and we also had a goodie bag of chocolates waiting for us. It’s these little touches that made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back when looking for a new car again - thanks Jon & team!
