I collected a Suzuki S Cross Hybrid from the Ashton branch last Monday. It’s my first motability vehicle. The service I have received was outstanding, from my initial contact to book an appointment all the way through to collecting the vehicle and beyond. I am so glad to have found Colin Appleyard Ltd because I had poor service/complete disinterest elsewhere and was feeling very disheartened. Chris Robinson was the sales executive who looked after us, and he has been brilliant. He took great care to understand what I wanted and needed in a car and at no time did I feel under any pressure. He’s explained everything thoroughly and nothing has been too much trouble for him. He has been especially supportive in helping me to transition to an automatic transmission & to use all the gadgets and technology the new car has. All of the staff I’ve met have been friendly, professional and efficient and I have been treated with respect throughout. I should add that I am loving the new car!
