Bought a used suzki swift. From ashton branch. Offered a polish coating at a cost which we declined. When we picked car up. No effort of presentation made. Just a basic hoover out and a wipe down probabley took them 5 mins not even a token air freshener. Dealt with smaller dealers and got a lot better service. But perhaps its because we would not pay the add on polish cost offered to us
