Shopping at larger chains mean you will likely get a lenient returns policy, that's the beauty of shopping with big well known chains. Today I purchased a necklace, 1 hour later the non opened package went back, it was unwanted, and then, only then did a realise that they had me, they only offered credit notes, no refunds, like a thrift store. Ok not for me, I will be careful in future, as they do have a right to only offer a credit note, I will take a giant chain to buy in future You are warned, and I just learned a lesson.
