Wish I had read the reviews about shipping. Their website said 12/18 was last day to order for Christmas delivery.....it is now 12/25 and no gift for my mother newly diagnosed with cancer. Clearly she got normal gifts but not this personalized gift..... Collage needs to stop using usps. Get in with ups alone or fedex to guarantee shipping. Below is their email I got shortly after the order ( so why falsely advertise shipment) Order Status Your order has been shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. This is a joint service between UPS and the United States Post Office. UPS delivers your package to the post office and your local mail carrier brings it to your door. Unfortunately, the Postmaster General has taken actions to reduce capacity and slow down mail delivery at the United States Postal Service. These delays are not consistent and vary from post office to post office. Most orders are being delivered as expected, but we have seen some orders arrive up to 7 days later than the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, once orders are printed and shipped, our Customer Satisfaction team is unable to speed up delivery since the orders are in the hands of the Post Office.
