I bulk ordered ceramic printed mugs after ordering some test mugs that turned out beautifully. There was a printing error on some of my bulk order, and when I wrote them the customer service was fantastic! They reprinted the order immediately. I really appreciate the fixing of a problem! High quality product, fair price, printed in the USA. I will definitely use again.
