I was having trouble finding an album of a lesser-known musician, so I was thrilled when I saw that Collide had it. The price was great (about half what I would've paid elsewhere), and I appreciated that I could get priority shipping for just a couple dollars more than regular shipping. The CDs arrived on schedule and I love the album, no problems with anything. Collide even went the extra mile with customer service & sent a personal thank-you email & offer to answer any questions I might have.
