What a gem of a company! I had a seamless, first time experience with Collide Records. I had originally ordered direct from the artist who uses a 3rd party merch company. I waited 3 weeks with a few inquiries only to be strung along with cookie cutter responses from the merch company, “We are working with the warehouse manager to see why your order hasn’t shipped.” I was a little hesitant on ordering only because I was worried of a repeat experience and perhaps the records were no longer available since some of the albums are older. It shipped out fast, arrived fast & safely, packaged great! The handwritten note on my order slip gave it a nice human touch
