If you're not familiar with Columbia and don't speak Spanish, they're very organized with great translators. I felt like everyone had your best interest in mind when it came to finding that person who you had a connection with. For me, the video calls are great. The letters are a great recommendation. These guys provide a wonderful service. I felt very well taken care of on my trip. I didn't feel like a number. I felt like they genuinely cared about the outcome of the situation. So fly down there. They're real. They exist. Don't knock it. It’s a great process and I'm very happy that I did it.
