Been using Coloplast for nearly 3 years and usually very good service. However, this time I requested an automated email asking me if I wanted to reorder my last prescription. I answered yes. The prescription took longer to come and I'm still waiting for one item that vital item was missed off the prescription. The items I received usually come precut but this time they are not. In future I will order myself via the website!
