My daughter ordered red and black paper. Since it stated minimum order 25 sheets, she assumed that when she put in quantity 1 and allowed her to proceed to purchase that she had purchased 1 pack of 25 sheets. Instead what she received was 2 sheets of paper for £7.87. Outrageous. And the response from customer services was completely lack lustre.
