I had purchased aqua colored contacts and was sent the wrong order. I had to buy a second pair in order to try and make the event I bought it for but those were delivered late and missed the event, and I had emailed multiple times stating that the first one I got was the wrong order but I was told I was wrong and there is nothing they can do about it and then was ignored right after every time. I didn’t notice it was the wrong order till I open one, and all I wanted was the right color I ordered and should not have to pay more of my own money to send contacts back if the company was the one that messed up so very poor service! Would not recommend to anyone!
