I ordered 3 different pairs of colored contacts from here. It was my first time ever ordering, and unfortunately was also my last. I was so excited to get my new contacts, and after waiting about a week, I was sent the wrong order. None of which I received were mine. No problem, mistakes happen. I emailed customer service on a Friday, and was given a response on Monday, asking if I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to be resent. I was really looking forward to these contacts, so I asked that they be resent. I was tracking them, and it said they were out for picking. They were "out for picking" for 4 days. No updates, nothing had changed at all. I finally had to just ask for a refund, which I received after a day. Won't do it again, I feel like I paid somebody to waste my time.
