God awful system. The delivery guy sent back that my package was delivered but I never received it. This also took my tracking number out of the system so when I try to contact support they’re absolutely useless to me. They sent me a link to get in touch with Canada Post but the link doesn’t work. I will never order from here again. If you live internationally outside of the UK don’t order from this company they will lose your packages and won’t help you find it after. Still haven’t found my package and it’s been 2 weeks of trying to contact different services with no luck lmao.
