I was really excited for these contacts, but it's not worth the hassle. When I placed my order I paid quite a bit for expedited shipping and was given the delivery date of 10/28, and guaranteed before Halloween. That was perfect! I would be able to use them for my office party and have time to practice putting them in. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge waste of money, and their customer service is seriously lacking. When I opened a ticket to see if there was a problem they quickly marked it resolved with absolutely no reply! They finally got around to putting it in the mail on the 28th, the same day it was supposed to be delivered. I was atleast refunded the shipping, but now they don't want to give me the information on how to return it, if it actually does arrive, so I can get the rest refunded. They won't get here until November so I obviously won't have any need for them at that point. I'm glad I had a backup plan for lenses from another site that, despite being further, actually delivered early! My coworkers were also excited to know a good place to order from next year, and it definitely isn't ColouredContacts.
