I did not give them 0 stars because there is not an option to do so. Please avoid this business... Here is my story: I ordered 3 pairs of contact lenses for this Halloween a white pair, blue pair and a green pair. On Friday October 25th I received a package with the lenses but noticed the white pair was missing... Did not get too upset I figured they could overnight it on Monday and I could get it for Halloween. Anyway, on Saturday I wear the blue ones for the party I had and my eyes did not change color they still looked brown.. I reached out to them about the issue and this is what they said: “ Our coloured contact lenses are designed to give a stunning and dramatic change in eye colour. However, our website product images are for illustration purposes only as the effect may vary dependant on the natural colour of your iris.” it is the very first time ever that I buy contacts and my eye colors don’t change... Also, regarding the white lenses I ordered they gave me a refund and said they hope that would help. It does but tomorrow is Halloween and I don’t know what I am going to do because I was counting on getting those contacts... Never buying from this website again.
