If I could give a zero I would. I received my contacts in a respectful timeframe. However after following the procedure to prepare to wear, when initially putting them in my eyes, they ripped. When I contacted the company, they said I did. Something wrong and refused to refund my money. The trickery of word play because I did not copy and paste their care instructions allowed them to take advantage of me. They said since I did not follow the instructions, I was my fault. I’ve used these contacts before so it was definitely not my fault yet the company is more concerned with keeping their money than a return customer. I didn’t even get to use them for Halloween. Highly disappointed. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
