AVOID AVOID AVOID COWBOYS Ordered a splashback on 26th dec now 5th March. Do not answer phone or reply to emails or voice messages. Allan finally replied to my email end of feb saying he had been off sick - (Why this haults production I dont know)Said my payment had been declined..Rubbish. then said do I still want order I said yes he said it would be delivered last week 26th-1st March or Monday 4th March at very latest. Surprise 5th March no splashback and no reply from Allan. I have had to go through my bank to get my money back which will take 30 days. I hope people read reviews before ordering from this so called Company. All they offer is stress and broken promises. I hope they go out of business. I have never bern treated so appallingly by a Company priding themselves that its sll Made in Britain. Shame on you Coloured Glass!!!!!
