I found this great company just by chance while browsing through the net looking for a new covering for my old IKEA sofa. IKEA has already taken my sofa "HAGALUND" from the product range ;/ BUT fortunately Comfort Works produces customised coverings also for the HAGALUND type. I was so happy. The ordering was very easy and transparent. The team from Comfort Works informed me that there will be probably customs charges but they also said that tehy will cover them up to an amount of 60€ and promised me that I don't need to worry about that. First I was a little bit afraid how this will work...BUT when I got the bill from the courier service, I just had to scan and sent it to them and Custom works paid for the custom charges as promised. Everything was easy. I can only highly recommend Comfort Works! Thanks for the great new covering...it looks beautiful like a new sofa! :)
