This was the most positive experience dealing with a custom order product. First, they are actually fun to deal with and communication is exemplary. The Cover for my couch arrived a week earlier than expected and it was wrapped in a pouch with a tied ribbon along with a letter assuring my satisfaction. The fabric quality is exceptional as well as the craftsmanship. One small detail that was added is genius! I love my couch and the one minor flaw was that the cushion always crept out after a few ups and downs and Custom Works put a fabric on the bottom of the cushion that prevents this from happening! Brilliant! I am truly so satisfied with the entire process and product!
