This company is incredible. Their products are beautiful. Their customer service is personal and dedicated. I ordered new covers for the wrong sofa and only discovered my mistake after the new covers arrived. I was heart-broken because they were exquisitely made, but did not fit. I wrote to customer service admitting my mistake and asking for the fabric specifications hoping to fix the fit myself. They do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but I could not accept it knowing it was my own fault. Incredibly, for a small fee, with the help of the Niro G., Comfort Works created and sent me an entirely new set of covers that fit like a glove.
