I ordered a new cover - Kino Navy with piping - for my IKEA Norsborg sofa. It's a two-seat couch with chaise attachment (3 seats total) and arm rests. The original cover was approximately 4 years old and had seen its fair share of wear and tear. I contacted Comfort Works to help me get the correct replacement cover and their customer service is incredible. I was able to order a sample of 10 fabrics for $5 before placing my final order. This is a must for anyone considering a new cover. The look and feel of the fabrics is pretty accurate in the online images, but having the real thing in hand is important. Comfort Works made sure I ordered the right cover, and they sent me a PDF of the IKEA instructions so I'd be able to replace the cover when it arrived. The cover shipped on time (approximately 4-5 weeks) and arrived in a nice condensed box. Replacing the cover was very easy and everything fit like a glove - from the couch frame to the cushions. My couch now looks brand new! The piping of the Modern cover (vs. Urban) makes the couch look so much nicer. The fabric texture, quality, and color is beautiful and definitely seems like it will hold up to all we throw at it (we let our dog on the couch). This cover was definitely worth the price and kept an otherwise great couch out of the landfill. 10/10 recommend Comfort Works.
