Desperately needed new slipcovers for our very worn and threadbare 18 year-old Mitchell Gold sofa, chair, and ottoman and reached out to Comfort Works for help. From the start, their customer service was top rate. We used their templates to measure the existing furniture and the company reached out several times to double check measurements with us during the production process. We were advised that they were swamped with orders and given a fairly realistic schedule for production and delivery. When the new slipcovers arrived yesterday, they were beautifully boxed and fit our existing furniture perfectly! We no longer have to cover our furniture with throw blankets. Comfort works did an amazing job! I highly recommend them!
