Comfort Works are amazing. We were sorely let down by IKEA who delivered a sofa without covers and with the promise there would follow the next day. 6 weeks later no covers and I finally received a refund for the unsupplied covers and a relatively small amount of compensation but it was enough to cover the sofa and footstool, which were the perfect sizes we needed, in the most gorgeous claw proof velvet. Customer Service was excellent and hearing how we had been living on plastic cushion covers for so long pushed our order through and it was a lovely experience this week when they arrived several weeks early. They were beautifully packaged and very clearly labelled inside the each cover as to where they go. We are now more than happy that IKEA messed up. Thank you Comfort Works for saving the day.
