I ordered replacement covers for my IKEA Tylosand sectional, chaise, and ottoman in October 2020. The fabric and color was gorgeous and better than expected (performance blue). All covers fit nicely except for the ottoman, which was too small. Worked with Comfort Works to discuss the problem and how to resolve it. Customer service team (thank you Sulaica!!) was thorough and asked for pics and specific measurements. I received the replacement cover yesterday and it fits! I was so excited!
