While the CS agent was very polite, the company's return policy is shady and they kept continuing to ask me for more money during the customer service process instead of actually trying to resolve my issue.
They wouldn't let me return or exchange covers that did not fit even though that's their policy and kept offering solutions that just did not work. Mismatching colors and/or styles.
