We discovered Comfort Works online and were impressed with reviews we read. We were finding it impossible in Spain to find anyone to make a cover for our discontinued IKEA Ektorp sofa bed. We wrote to Comfort Works and received quick, helpful replies so we ordered our cover. Communications regarding the state of play with our cover and its dispatch were regular and in both English and Spanish and our package arrived safely and very promptly to our quite remote address in Andalucia. We are thrilled with the cover, the material and workmanship are excellent and it fits perfectly. Congratulations to you Comfort Works on your initiative to fill a gap in customer service by IKEA, who no longer make the sofa or covers for it, and thank you for making our perfectly serviceable, more than 15 year old sofa as good as new.
