My experience with Comfort Works has been outstanding. I TWICE got my order wrong -- not their fault at all; I didn't read carefully or check my order well -- and they were incredibly kind about helping me get it right. They were also really generous about helping me fix my own error at no additional cost. Shipping was fast and tracking was accurate every step of the way. Best of all the slipcover fits beautifully and is a gorgeous color. Everyone who visits comments on how fantastic the sofa looks now. I loved everything about my experience with Comfort Works and am just biding my time before ordering a second set of slipcovers for my couch!
