I can’t say enough good things about this company! I ordered two custom slipcovers for a beautiful but tired looking Ethan Allen sofa that I wanted to keep. Customer service walked me through the extensive measuring process - which was a bit scary as I was sure I’d make a mistake. It took a little while and some back and forth but it was totally worth it - once my covers when into production I had them in less than 2 weeks. I’m a US customer and international shipping took only 3 days. They are both beautiful and fit my sofa perfectly. I’d recommend ordering plenty of swatches before ordering - the fabric descriptions online are very accurate but it’s better to see and feel the swatches in person. Also, if you are having custom covers made, be patient with the process. It’s worth it. The measuring process seems tedious but it’s designed to make sure the covers fit well.
