BEWARE!!! Received a cover in the fall of 2022 that was too large for the sofa. I spoke with customer service and told them that I didn't want to go through the additional stress of the custom measurement cover and I preferred to either return for a refund or exchange for a different color that would not exaggerate the bagginess as much as a darker color. Customer service department and I agreed that they would send a new cover in a different color rather than the hassle of a custom cover. Well time after time I still got asked for custom measurements. I provided them, then was asked for more, and more, and more. When it seemed like all of the measuring was complete, I never got a replacement cover. I keep getting told that my cover is being produced and I will be notified of shipping. Well, SEVEN MONTHS later I still have nothing to show for the $450 I spent other than an oversized cover that sits in my basement. This is so sad because even if by some miracle a cover does arrive someday, I will never be able to buy matching covers for my armchairs from this company. Trying to figure out if I can dispute this with my credit card company at this point. Would give zero stars if I could.
