GREAT Experience To be honest we were a little skeptical about placing this slipcover order. The company website indicated they were located halfway around the globe, manufacturing and delivery would take 8-10 weeks, and the company policy required full payment in advance. It was an expensive order but much less than the estimated quote we got from Crate and Barrel, and they were not really sure they could make them after so many years. Our biggest concern was we had Crate and Barrel furniture that was purchased many many years ago and it was not one of the furniture lines listed on the Comfort Works website that they usually made slipcovers for. But after some conversation we sent them photos and they indicated they would make the slipcovers. We did our research about the company and checked reviews where we could and decided to proceed. They sent us a very detailed measurement template. The furniture was not as straight line design as it appears, it contained many curves, open spaces, and rounded areas, which made measuring on our part a challenge. After we submitted the 8 page template containing well over 50 different measurements for the three items. The company had only 1 or 2 questions about our submission. Less than TWO weeks after submitting the measurements we received our slipcovers in the mail. They were a PERFECT FIT and exactly what we wanted. The quality was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. They basically custom made these slipcovers using pictures and measurements we supplied via emails. Then they delivered them from half way around the world in less than 2 weeks. We were really amazed. The attached pictures do not due the product justice. They look wrinkled because we had just put them on and we did not iron them or give them a chance to fall out. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. They answered all our questions and kept us updated on the progress. Omar B. was our main contact and provided excellent customer service. The price was reasonable, delivery was free, and there were no hidden fees. I would use Comfort Works again without hesitation and highly recommend them.
