I ordered slipcovers for my PB sectional. I paid via credit card and I read that measurements were required. Little did I realize this required disassembly of the entire sectional, removal of all components, removal of and reinstall of the existing slipcovers, and taking no less than 45 precise measurements. They make it clear that any error in any one of these measurements is the fault of the customer. The detailed measurements are not disclosed until after your credit card is charged. I am disabled and unable to guarantee the accuracy of 45 precise measurements, so I canceled my order and requested a refund prior to them starting work on anything. They are now charging a 5% cancellation fee so be aware of this. Also, while they give the impression of being Australian made, they are manufactured in China according to my research. Probably explains why it takes 3 weeks to receive sample fabric which must be purchased. Be very cautious dealing with this company.
