I'm very satisfied and I'd recommend Comfort Works to other customers. The sofa cover arrived as predicted approximately one week after my order. I received the shipment tracking and was made aware of the delivery date/time. The cover was nicely packed and met the description. It fit my IKEA couch and was easy to put on.
