I am so glad I found this company. I was hesitant since it was overseas, but so glad I took that leap of faith after corresponding with the company with questions. They were EXTREMELY timely and helpful. Customer service was top notch. I was originally looking for some replacement covers for two pottery barn comfort sofas. When I saw they did custom ones, I gave it a shot. It took some time to get it done as I had to send measurements but they made it so easy! It was still faster than even a local company would be able to do. The measurements were submitted and verified - which I deeply appreciated as it was done right! The slipcover was done, sent and received within a week or so. It was fast! The slipcovered exceeded my expectations. I am also glad I listened to their recommendation of going with the pet friendly claw proof material. It is awesome!! Now that they have my measurements for the Pottery Barn Townsend sectional, I will be ordering another color. Great product & great service. By the way, the slipcover materials seems better quality than my original “upgraded” pottery barn slipcover and cost less.
