I bought some Norsborg covers (Three-seat Section + two-seat Section + Corner Section + two Armrests) and received them despite some custom duties complications due mainly to the custom itself, I guess. The Customer Service (which \i contacted through email) was really helpful and managed to resolve and settle everything. I had no charges (everything was included to Portugal, being a EU member), despite what the custom services were trying to make me believe... I just finished mounting the covers on the sofas and they are great. Optimal level of detail, fantastic quality end fit. I+m really happy about it. And the discount codes I applied worked (unlike other companies who announce them but then don't really apply them to your orders in particular...). So, I'm really happy with my purchase. It's like I have a whole new corner family sofa.
