Comfort Works is not a legitimate company. I placed an order at 6 PM on July 29 and canceled it by 7 AM July 30 because I changed my mind. I ordered a standard loveseat cover order, NOT a custom-made order so they could easily sell it again even if production started (this is their excuse). The company charged me $500.00 right away and said the cover would arrive 2 weeks later. They sent me an e-mail on July 31st at 1:30 AM (18 hours AFTER I asked to cancel the order) that the order was processed and in production. This is not a simple fee...it is $175 they are trying to steal!
