If you’ve read my initial review below you will see I have tears in my cover after 6 months. The reply from customer service has been to grill me on what detergent I use, how I dry my covers etc…when those turned out to be legit responses I was told exactly what type of laundry detergent I should be using just plain tide or arm & hammer, no oxy or anything else. I wash my linen bed sheets & all laundry in same stuff & they don’t fall apart. I was told comfort works discontinued the canvas fabric I purchased so the best they could offer was 15% off a new & different material. Mind you mine was only purchased 6 months ago. A follow up agent after my having to send another complaint told me that he could offer a new cushion cover for the one that had a wearing tear & a full blown tear but it would be unmatched to the rest since mine was discontinued. Really? I only saw the tears when I took a sheet off to wash my covers for company. After spending $600 on a sofa & ottoman cover from them? I was also offered 20% off an entire new set. I’m sorry comfort works but this is 2024. I cannot afford to put more money on something you can’t even back up in the first place. Then I was told that if it were the fault of the fabric performance (it is!) there should be wearing in other places also. Now I’m being interrogated as to how my family uses my furniture that I keep a sheet thrown over anyway on the daily to keep from having to take everything off all of the time since that is a pain. Im also being told that the canvas I purchased wasn’t performance & not stain resistant. Please tell me comfort works, when do you stop blaming the customer & just stand by the product warranty if ever? If you’re reading these reviews like I did & see they’re mostly positive, don’t be fooled. Run for your life & just buy the PB cover or ikea. You’re not seeing the whole story. Although it’s more money, you get what you pay for. My original PB cover is back on and btw still in good shape after 10 years. All I wanted was to get a new look on my couch. Now I have a piece of trash that wasn’t made to actually be used according to customer service responses for $600 6 MONTHS later! I won’t accept anything less than a full replacement. It’s too bad your company discontinued what I purchased however, this should not be at my expense & my warranty is valid.
