Everything about Comfort Works made me happy. Order process. Delivery. Customer relations. Communication, and of course the product. The whole process was exemplary. I was concerned about buying from a company so far away but at every turn this company did a fabulous job, even to arranging for the credit of my duty paid. Thank goodness I chose them.At every stage Comfort Works communicated. Every time I asked a question they replied by return and given that they were 8 hours ahead in time it was very impressive. The quality of the sofa cover was fantastic and I received it much earlier than expected with it being sent on a 48 hr DHL service. I paid the duty over the phone and that was easy too. I have never had such good service as this.
