I ordered a slipcover for my chair a year ago. It was in the linen blend fabric and was machine washable. It looked great and I loved it. I received an email several months later saying that costumers had had issues with washing it and they were wondering if I had had any issues. I responded that I had not yet washed it. The company was switching the fabric to dry clean only and offering a new cover if we experienced any problems. I was afraid to wash it after that, it was not a heavily used chair, so I avoided it. I finally broke down and had to wash it this past August. It did seem to tighten up a bit, but the biggest issue was that it shrunk several inches around the bottom, which looked funny. I contacted the company, and even though it had been awhile, they honored the deal and sent me a new cover. They worked with me to choose one that would be the most similar to my old one. It just arrived and looks and fits wonderfully! Thank you for your fabulous customer service!
